Canned fruits, vegetables, beans, soups, tuna, meats, pasta sauce
Cereal, oatmeal, instant oatmeal, Pop Tarts, breakfast bars, muffin mix packets, quick breads
Dry pasta any type, canned pasta dishes, mac and cheese box dinners, and mac and cheese with the cheese pouch, instant rice, pre-cooked rice packets, instant potatoes, gravy mixes
Homestyle Bakes - a complete meal in a box
Beef Stew, stuffing, condiments, basic staples: sugar, flour. shelf stable milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper, anything non-perishable.
CLEANING SUPPLIES:
Laundry detergent, fabric softener or dryer sheets
Spray disinfectant like Spic and Span, or cleaning wipes, Pine Sol or Lysol type cleaners
Toilet Tissue and Paper Towels, cleaning sponges, or micro fiber cleaning
PERSONAL HYGIENE ITEMS:
